hi, today i want to share a solution about high gpu usage problem and randomly freezing youtube videos. its basically occurring with 60fps videos with 2X speed. In my case problem occurs because of my old Graphics card. If you disable hardware accelerated video decode option from chrome://flags it will solve the problem. you can watch english dubbed solution video below.
